NAME–SEAFOOD MENZI/ THREE FRESH MENZI
Decomposition of the ingredients
- Menzi, made of sweet potato starch, put oil in the pot and fry it, made it crispy outside and tender inside, with sesame sauce and garlic paste.
- Seafood is not fixed, but according to seasonal changes, typically have squid, shrimp, conch, abalone, scallops, sea cucumber, etc.
- It also can match some time to vegetables, such as rapeseed, black fungus, cucumber, carrot etc.,
make food taste more abundant.
