Evan Saarinen

Evan Saarinen studied architecture at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, after studying art history at the University of St Andrews. He worked internationally both as an architect and data scientist, during which time he conducted extensive research into digital mapping. He has previously taught at the Architectural Association (AA), Columbia University (GSAPP), Pratt Institute (GAUD), and Kean University (SoPA). Evan currently lives and teaches in China at Wenzhou-Kean University (SoPA). Evan’s main interests and research include globalization, public space, and environmental engineering.
